To do list

Well, it's Lunar New Year. And since both of the new year have pass, I guess this can't be delay any more. So this is a short review of last year "To do list":
  • Graduate from RMIT. --> DONE and over with, that part of my life is certainly behind me.
  • Get an internship in a good company and a job. --> Good internship: Maybe, at least I learn something from it: I don't want to work in-house. Good job: Time will tell, so far so good.
  • Buy a motorbike.--> Park down stair. Not the most glamorous or expensive but it haven't broke down after 10 months (which said a lot consider my driving + the accident I have been in) and the amount of time it almost crush me (surprisingly small), I'll say I'm happy with it.
  • Study GMIT or GRE.--> I'm considering it usefulness. I'll decide whether I need one later + I need to stabilize my working hours.
  • Find possible scholarship for a Master in Communication.--> Going nowhere yet, will be in this year list.
  • Start exercise often.--> Right, I need better motivation, maybe better alarm clock (Where did they sell these thing when at a certain time they drop a bucket of water on your head? After all the time it appear in cartoon and comic, somebody must have taken on the challenge). Will be in this year list, maybe under more step-by-step form.
  • More dance class.--> Done, score my friend a 9.5/10 in the final exam. Got voted Prom Queen in the process. :)
  • Study another language.--> Maybe it's time I take this one out of my to do list. OR find a place that teach Spanish. Yes, I have decide on the language I want to study next, if only I can get that "r" right.
3 DONE, 2 Maybe, 3 NOT DONE, I definitely need to step up my game this year. But so far, I am happy with what I achieve. At least I'm out of university and in the process, make some great friend that I really like to spend time with. And now, for this year to do list :
  • Get a promotion or two (plus some working experience along the way won't be so bad)
  • Exercise frequently (starting with a member card of the nearby pool)
  • Find possible scholarship for Master in Communication (and working toward them, I need more than working experience to win one of these)
  • Study Spanish (stop by some University and start asking about this)
  • Get loose at least once a month (at least I got a place I like to go to and get a drink. It start with S and end with n and it make great gin and tonic)
  • Save at least half of my salary.
  • Travel aboard.
  • Since it seems I can only think of 7 things I want to do next year (which is kind of sad, look like I'm just finishing up what I haven't been able to do and not taking on new thing) I put in another completely optional goal: GET A BOYFRIEND. I'm still trying to figure out the usefulness of a boyfriend so I'm not really putting my heart into it (that is if I'm putting anything into it at all). Beside, I eliminate this goal from an earlier to do list so I'm very unsure about this. But at least it's a new area that I haven't tried.
Well, good luck me. See you in another year. :)

At the end of the road

I have an assignment that doesn't seem to go anywhere so here I am writing another blog to vent.
Finally, after nearly two years at the university I can see the graduation day. But here come the big question of "What's next?". For the first time in my life, I can't imagine what my next step will be and it is unnerving. The last time I have to make a decision of this kind is when I just finish high school. But even then, I was sure that I will get into a good Vietnamese university and the worst is I will do the same as the majority of high school students. Yet, as the time, I had a bad break down and practically lock myself in the house, siting in a dark room reading ebook. That is one of the worst time in my life.
Now I face the same question with a lot more pressure. I no longer have four years to figure out my life. All the grand plan and all the talk doesn't help me planning my paths. Speaking as a PR practitioner, I have all those (probably unrealistic) goals yet no tactics to achieve them. Fact is I haven't even got through situation analysis. I know I have some advantages to my friend and have a high chance of landing a good job but I can't imagine my life then. I've never working for a salary a day in my life, I don't know how busy will I be and more importantly what will I do to improve my life. I graduate university, I know I want to get a master but I don't even know what kind of master degree I want to get let alone where they teach it and how am I going to afford it.
I have gone a long way since secondary school. I get into better high school compare to my secondary classmates and get into better university than my high school friends. But this is the end of this methods. Being a good student will not help me anymore. From here, the factors that determine success will be completely different from before and I have no idea what those factors are and whether I have them.
My life is a mess.

To my closest friend

I know you won't read this and you won't understand it but I just want to say how I will miss you when you are gone.
We grow up together and you are my sister. We meet a few time a year and don't spend much time together but I love you most. I never hide anything from you and you alone are the only one I share my secret. You might be my cousin but you are also my friend and sister.
There are rarely anything common between us. We look different and act different. You learn French, I learn English. You have tons of friends, I don't have many. You love to draw and I such at it. You can't cook and I can (not very well thought). It's amazing how we can be so different from each other but what more important is despite all those differences I love you and I hope you feel the same.
We have a beautiful childhood together. I remember that night on the train we wake each other up to chat and eat some spice we found in the noodle. I remember the time your brother, my cousin, entertains us with story he make up. I remember you braising my hair before we goes to sleep and I wake up with curry hair. I remember we stay up so late chatting about everything going on in our lives when we ain't with each other.
But I have know for a long time we won't be together forever. What we want goes beyond this city or country. We will go along way to learn, to work, to experiment. It's just a matter of time. And now you are leaving. It might not seem to be such a long time but the future is uncertain. I can't tell when you finish school where would I be at the time. What I most certain is I probably won't be able to wait for you at the airport and say "Welcome home". But no matter how far away you are we will still be good friend. No matter what happen, our blood still bond us together and we are still cousin. And one day in the future we will meet and it would be like old time when we lay side by side and talk about the part of our lives that didn't include each other.
I wrote this not because I want you to know about it but the opposite. These sad feeling will only make your path more difficult. I know I will cry on the day you go and that would be the end my sadness. What I will do is be there for you when you meet difficulty. So far away I don't know if I can be any help but no matter what happen you can talk to me. Even if I can't fix it, I can listen to it and maybe make you feel better. I don't really know. This is one of those times in my life that I feel I don't have any control over anything, that I am small and insignificant but I will try to be of some use for you, my dearest.

A post much need for me.

Need entertainment

It has come. That time of the summer break when you have play all the game you have, read all the comic book you have, watch all the TV program you like and nothing new is coming up yet. The only thing different now is beside the insufficient of entertainment is the new load of what you call summer school even though you don't have a three-months summer break.
Yesterday I watch the movie I've been waiting for and there is nothing I want to watch coming up. I still have a game I haven't play on my computer but I know I'm in no mood to play it. Shouldn't have let Restaurant City distract me from it. I have read a lot of comic book but they are all old one. I even finish my collection of Donald & Friend, Tin Tin, Smurf, Spirou and Fantasio. And I'm run out of comic book. I have reread a lot of novel I have finish all the book of Jack London I have, a couple of Jules Verne, and of course Jane Austin. I also swept through Nam Cao and Vu Trong Phung and a couple more books and that is all I feel interest in right now. I 've been spending a lot of time with the TV and overdose on CSI and Disney Channel so no more of them. And after doing all of that, I still got a few week of semester break which I don't know how to use.
The best solution will be go to the bookstore and pick out some book but that would require finding out which one worst reading and I'm not in the mood for it at all. I'm considering buying the novel Demon and Angel. This time I'm doing it backward: watch the movie before read the novel. I've never done it before and curious would I found the book better or the movie better. But I'm too lazy to go to the bookstore so I guess that plan would be delay. A more convinient solution is go though the other part of my novel collection which consist of more difficult novel. I have one particula book in mind: Papillon. The book has been there forever and for some reason I still haven't read it. I'm just affaird it would require a lot of thinking and emotion which I'm not sure I have right now. Or I can reread Roots or Godfather. Good novel and easy to understand. Or read Old man and the sea once more to see if I can finally love it. I remember I really don't like that book the first time I read it but it must be 10 years ago. I think I change a lot since then.
Anyway I'm in serious need to find new entertainment.

Regret

This afternoon I spend an hour reading blog of a friend, ignoring the 40% test tomorrow. In an hour I read everything he writes about a year ago when we about to leave high school, I also see a couple of pictures of myself back then. Suddenly realize I have change so much. Less cry, less laugh, more calm, more stable. Suddenly miss the girl I use to be. Back then I already close up from the world, it took a long time for me to join in with our class. Now, I'm even more close up than before, that careless smile I use to wear have faded since when I don't even realize. Regret but I have to move on, have to change. I just hope when I'm with them again I will return to that happy girl.

The end of the rainbow

When I was young, I have seen a scene. I can't recall when or where I seen it. I can't even remember what was it about. All I remember is a feeling it left in me. A wonderful feeling in which terror and admire mix up together. I can still recall it sometime. The feeling when all your limbs are frozen, every hairs are standing on end, blood run out of your face and coldness cover you. You can't move an inch, all you can do is stand and tremble. Scare but at the same time ancious waiting for something to happen, knowing you are not ready but don't care a thing about it.
That feeling of terror and admire belong to a part of my mind I can't touch. I can't even come close. It is that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow I'm trying to catch. I might never be able to feel it again but I can't stop looking for it. Just a taste, a blur recall of the feeling left me wanting more and I can't stop until I found it. I want to see all the wonder of the world, face the magnificent of nature, I know there must be one of them can gave me the feeling again. The scare and terror but utmost happy seeing how small and in significant I really is. That is the strongest feeling I have ever feel. For me, it is more than any happy feeling, any joy, any pain. That terror make me alive and make me feel I'm real. I'm living. I'm existing. I'm a human not a ghost walk on the face of Earth.

Dream

Last night, I got a very weird dream. In the dream, I seem to relive my life as a high school student. I rarely dream and never remember my dream unless it's nightmare that wake me up in cold sweet. However, for some reason, I remember last night extremely well. Not just what I do but what I feel, what I thing in that dream. Every thing seem so real.
I remember sit in History class. The tension when our teacher decided which name to call is unbearable. My heart seems to stop beating and sink to my stomach. I can feel blood run out of my face. I don't know if it's a result of all the time we wait for teacher to call our name when I'm in high school or something else. It's just so alive. The feeling of the clear sky before the storm. After that we start studying like usual with our eyes look at the teacher and our mind out of the window.
Then come the break. I remember walking in the hall way to the canteen. Buy a snack and sit around gossiping. The whole thing was so normal yet so wonderful. In that short time I return to the high school girl I use to be. But there is no worry for the coming test, no wonder which way will our future go. Just mindless talk mix with humor. Completely carefree. We laugh over some very stupid story I can't even remember. Joking around. I remember one of the girl point at some boy for some reason and we all start looking at him and smile and whisper. He turn back and look at us along with his group of friend. What we do has no sense at all, yet we don't care. All we want is to have a nice break with no worry what will come after that. That feeling of freedom, of stupidity, of youth. Would I ever be able to feel it again?
One more thing, one of the lecture I sit through in my dream is with Mrs. Thanh Ha. She was scolding us about something. Such wonderful literature teacher, her scolding is better than any lecture she could give. After all, who care about To Huu and his poems. For Mrs. Ha, conducting our behavior is far more important than any poems or novel.
High school is wonderful. Especially when you're no longer in it.

To do list

I have been pretty confuse about my coming up birthday. But keep sitting around looking all confuse will help me nothing so I decide to check what I have done in the last year and what should I do in the coming age. One of my friend do this on New Year and it look fun.
So first comes my check list:
April: got a cell phone
May: leave high school (19/5: final day as high school student)
June: graduate from high school
July: university entrance exam
August: get into University of Banking
September: get out of University of Banking (that was quick)
October: start studying at RMIT
November: one month at RMIT and still alive
December: two month at RMIT and still alive
January: pass final exam + prepare for Tet holiday
February: back to school
Match: start studying dance + pronunciation

And here is my to do list: (no order)
_ Get a driving license
_ Can actually dance
_ Don't lose or broke the cell phone (I change cell phone twice last year (><))
_ Speak English better
_ Study GMAT again
_ Got a part time job
_ Study another language (maybe French. I want to read my cousin blog)
_ Read Gone with the wind + Jane Austin collection
_ Find a boyfriend ( the hardest one)

Birthday

My birthday is in two days. For some reason, I keep feeling I'm not ready to step into another age.
Before I'm 18, I want 18 to come quick probably because I'm waiting for some magical change when I reach 18. I would become more responsible, wiser, happier, so on and so on. I think when I'm 18 I will be at better use for people around me. But here I am, almost 19 and I feel no different to me when I'm 16. I go to different school, study higher but is there anything that is different 'bout me? I think I look the same. I haven't grow at all last year. I live with my parent, get allowance. I go to school and go back to home. My life haven't change at all and I'm scare.
I've been an official adult for a year and I have yet to accomplish anything. That doesn't feel right. What should I do with my life is still unclear. What do I want? I don't even know. Every time I meet with question such as what is your favourite food? What is your favourite movie? I skip. I don't understand myself anymore. Some how the talkative girl with opinion disappear but in stead of some more mature woman in her place there is nothing. How can I bring this mess with me into 19. If the inside girl don't grow what is the point of celebrate the body get old?
Is it just me or everybody has to gone through this state of confuse?

First Time

First time:
I write about Amotizen in my blog. I hardly ever share any feeling I have for Amotizen. It's not because I don't love amo. I just treasure amo too much. Being one of them is a privilege I don't know how I deserve. Memo about Amo is what I hang on to when everything is lost. Being with amo is a dream too wonderful I know I could never imagine on my own.
I go with amo to eat hot pot. One of a time experience. The best thing is I come back without any injury. No wet pain (poor Chu), no burn (almost couldn't make it) a shrimp and a few piece of cuttle-fish. I learn that the greatest battle of all is the one happen on a dinning table.
Nothing help you ease down as an afternoon with amo.

A new year

I really need a new year check list. you know some paper that you write what you want to accomplish in the next year. Why? Because I feel like it have been a year already and I still haven't do anything good. Oh my good, I'm turning 19 in two month and I still have so much I want to do before that age. Where did the time go.

A bit of ifonramoitn

Do you konw taht if you mix up the ltteres in a wrod and keep the frsit and fnail lteter un tucoh you can siltl usnretdnad the wrod? It hvae been sicenfitcailly povred. Cool isn't it.

Left behind

I'm not leaving anybody or get abandon if that's what you think.
This is the event that bring this on. Last week is the Lunar New Year, as tradition, I go visit my teacher on the third day of new year. Actually I have never properly visit my teacher during New Year holiday but it is not my false my family love to travel on this occasion. Anyway, the teachers that I visited are two of our former teachers in high school, that is why I went visit them with a group of my classmate in high school.
I think I should give some more information about my high school class. Different from many Western country, in high school we don't choose class according to subject and teacher. We study with the same classmate for years. This create a strong bond between every student. In my class, this bond is exceptionally strong. During our high school year, we are one, we call ourselves by a name, treat each other equally. There are argument and each of us have our small group of close friend but it didn't stop us from being one and being equal. We study the same thing, at the same school. In short, we are all the same.
But thing change after we graduate. Sure, we are still a group, a close society include the craziest of the crazy in the world, but beside from the time we hang out with each other (which is very rare now) each of us are walking their own path, each of us are making their own success and for some reason, I seem to be the one who stay the same. When I heard my friends talk to our teachers, a part of me think of them as the same as the boy or girl I study with, but the other part, the part that heard about their concern and success, the part that heard about their current life feel like they are at a place so high and so far away I can't ever reach. For some reason I can't move on at they have done, for some reason I stay behind and hold on to the pass. If only I know what is that reason. ***sign***

Breaking Dawn

To be honest, I have only read Twilight a week ago. In one week, I spent most of my hours (day and night) reading the whole story including the newest book: "Breaking Dawn".
The first 3 book, as many have say, is very impressive. Different from Harry Potter, Twilight is not a book about action. The lack of even is no doubt but Meyer have done amassing job detailing her character. Interesting how she only use one character point of view but describe everybody thought (good thing Bella is observant). The developing of Bella is not so illogical either. The way she completely collapse when Edward leave is not so unpersuasive and remind me of another love story: "P.S. I love you". More persuasive as this is a fantasy. True to its style, Twilight's character is extreme is many way. One annoying matter is when Bella's thought reflect many other character, it doesn't give us enough information to get in to Edward's head while many of his move in the first two book is time and thought comsuming. This mystery might be enlighten should "Midnight sun " be published.
The main plot start with two even: the hunt of James and Edward leaving Bella. The hunt's consequence stretch out in the first three book and finally resolve in "Eclipse" at the same time the Edward&Bella&Jacobs settle down with Bella make clear of her choice. And truthfully, in the of "Eclipse", I only wonder how she gonna resolve the conflict with the Volturi. In some way, the story may be close here. Still leaving behind a mess but not bad for an ending.
When I finally hold "Breaking dawn" in my hand, or exactly when I finish the first few chapter, I kind of surprise the wedding is happening without something happen. No offend but you know how something often happen before the bride say "I do". The wedding happening neatly and from here new problem occur. However, since Bella is already a not so realistic character (HELLO, FANTASY STORY REMEMBER), her reaction for the wedding and even the baby is not something so illogical. After all, every princess need a prince and a wedding is a good way to show that. Bella changing attitude about the wedding and college is not so difficult to understand too if you look at it this way: from after the hunt Bella have already partly cut herself out of the "normal" world. For that reason, she even more attach to Edward or the Cullens family, the only one she can depend on in the world of mythology. And of course, it make her even more unconcern about college. This kind of thought will never appear in reality but this is a fantasy book so no problem.
Bella attitude about the marriage life is ,however, more difficult to discuss. Ever since she agree to Edward's proposal, Bella have always try to avoid the wedding talk. It didn't help to have Esme and Alice planning every thing and her doing nothing. After passing the pressure of rumor for marriage at such a young age is the altar, the party and the honeymoon. I doubt she even have an idea that she is now a marriage woman. The honeymoon baby is of course of no help. Especially when the bearing is so difficult and the baby growing so quickly. Even after spending time with Nessie she confess that she is still not use to the idea of being a mother. I think Meyers have skip all the feeling about marriage and motherhood first because she don't mean to discuss the idea. More or less this is a teenage love story, such idea may not be suitable and in the other hand, there is simply not enough room. If she wanna discuss this problem the way she do the first 3 books there will definitely be a book 5 or 6.
For reader who see the book as a bad example for girl, I think they have to see the book as a fairy tale. It's not about message or life orient but rather about happy ending. And as a sad ending make you cry and unsatisfied, a happy ending, especially a "neat" one like this, make it feel so very satisfy that some how uncomfortable. No one have to suffer anything is good but the ending just so perfect leave me with a weak impression than the one should have occur.
Of course the book have it weakness. As I said it will be better if the plot didn't go so fast. The description of Bella thought is still not enough. Meyers let Bella changing to fast from one state to another without much portray about the change. She easily accept the fact that she is a mother without much thought about responsibility. Bella thought is always occupied by danger to come and stress there is hardly any space for her feeling about Nessie and Edward-as a mother and wife. In a way even though she is now a mother, Bella remain a young teenage girl.
One thing I still concern about the book, a problem that occurs in the whole series: even though Bella is portray to be in charge in many thing: she take care of her parents and in a way more mature than her friends in high school. She seems to depend too much on Edward but once again that might not be so illogical consider she have always been in charge of so many thing and already tired of it. Having someone who she could depend on and who love her, there is no way she not making use of the situation and depend on him.
As always, everything have the good and the bad side of it, overall I still think the book absolutely worth reading. If you take it easy and don't try to logic it out so much, you will find it a true art work.

Sickness

What is it like to be sick? To never have a moment feel healthy? How harsh is it actually? Lately that question come a lot around my head. And I guest I can never answer.
I'm not what you call a healthy child. In fact I get sick a lot. But it only small one. Catch a few cold a year, sore throat is some kind of daily matter. But they have never been a trouble for me before and most likely would never be. I get use to it and it doesn't bother me at all.
But things are different with my friend. She have a trouble with her bone structure and have try to put up with it. Finally when she decide to deal with it, it have already got out of hand. I want to said something so much, want to make her feel better but I can't. I don't know how she feel, talking to her I was so afraid I would dig up the old wound. I want to tell her just cry but then what. I cry so many time over so many thing. It's never help. When I cry I don't feel better, I only relive that bad moment over and over again. Would it be the same for her? Would she live that moment again and again or would it help her release all the sadness and move on? I really don't know. I have trouble. I'm lost in my own world but all those trouble I could do something about it, fix it, make it better. What about her? She lost and she can't even help herself. I wonder what would I do if I'm in her place? When I have my arm broken I been through a little panic. It feel so scary, no it feel much worst knowing I would never be the same as I was. You can't believe what I did back then. I disobey the doctor's order and try to put my arm in use. Stop every time it hurt but continue shortly after that. I don't know if it help but I got my arm back. It feel as good as it use to be. Has I go against nature back then? Or it is just a normal thing? It work for me to try do what I feel need would it work for my friend?
So many question!!!

Home

Have I ever told you about the house in which I live in??? I don't remember so. That's why in this very bored moment of summer I'm gonna spent sometime talking about it. The house I'm living in is not exactly a new house. No matter how we repaint it every year and fix it up, the fact that it have been built half a century ago can't be denial. Don't think about a classic and elegant house yet. Mine look nothing like that, it is a city house. Thank to my grandpa who is an engineer it is not at all ugly. In fact it's beautiful in it own way. Strong and protective. That's how my house is.
When I say my house is protective I'm not kidding. Unless somebody from the in side forget to lock the door there is almost no way somebody can break into without causing with attention. Remember those movie in which you can silently knock down the glass and break into the house. Not gonna happen here. behind the thick glass of my window is not only a curtain but also a beautiful yet strong web of metal. Unless you have a saw in your hand a break in will not possible. The same happen for all the small door around the house. What about the front door? It would take hours to break through those two iron door.
But it is not the door that make me feel the house is so isolate. It is its entire structure. The structure is mean to isolate the house with the condition out side it. When I'm in my house, all noise around seem to disappear. all the car, motorbike, people around me seem to vanish. You can't imagine staying alone in the house. It's just like you are the only one in the world. Most of the time I stay alone, I sleep. One hour, two hours or twenty hours, they are dall the same. Time doesn't matter any more. Nothing matter 'cause nothing exist. I'm the only living thing and I'm staying still so everything 's staying still. At least until somebody ring the bell.
Most of the walls are painted white. Not completely while. Actually it is a very very light violet. So light it turns white. It's nice actually. It doesn't remind me of the hospital's color. That sickly white always give me such a headache. However, somehow that white make my life even more still than it already is.
Nice but quiet and scarily isolate. That's my house.

A Scary Thought

Don't get scare yet. I'm not taking about thought in which ghosts and vampire running wild. Actually, it is a even more scary one. The kind of thought in which you questioning your own existence. Do you know that for each of us the chance that we even been born is ever small? I'm taking 1/1,000,000 the most. One false move in the history line and we won't even be there. But the chance of existence is still much larger than that of another being growing up become the person you are. Every experience you have been through in your life help make you the person you are. They influenced you one way or another.
But after all that hard work what did we have to offer back life. I question that all day as I sit still contributing nothing to life and yet taking too much. I waste my parents money by eating, going to school, playing. I eat animal and drink water to exist. I breath in O2 and release CO2. I damage this whole planet just by living. And for what? Most of my accomplishments are in studying. I help my parents but very little. I realize all of this yet I do nothing. I cannot stop people from staving to death. I can't even make a decent meal for my family. I can't help people who have AIDS, I can't even keep myself from catching a cold. I can't clear the world of war when my siblings are still frighting over the computer.
I'm nobody, my existence mean nothing to almost no one. But one day that will change and with every move I make, every good deed I do, that one day is getting closer and closer.

Bored

Just like every normal student, I await for summer every school-day. And now as the happy moment finally comes and the tests are history-no-more. I feel bored. I tired of summer the same way I tired of school. Illogical, I don't think so. After all, if you can get bored of going to school everyday how can you never tired of taking summer holiday.
I still remember the feeling of wanting a vacation when I'm over my head with test and lesson. But now every day pass is a torture. All those time I spend doing almost nothing make me feel so left out. Left out of society, of life, of everything.
Of course I didn't sit at home all those time. In fact, my summer only start 21 days ago and through that short time I have gone out so many time with so many people. Several time with my classmates, a few with a group of close friend and a few meeting with my relative. Still all I feel is bored and empty.
I REALLY NEED TO GET OUT OF HERE AND DO SOMETHING THAT ACTUALLY HAVE SOME MEANING.

Disney's song

Welcome to my post-big-test post.
Anyway it is not the reason I post this. Lately I have been watching quite a lot of Disney movie. First King Caspian and now Kungfu Panda. Disney sure have many achievements this summer. However, the movie is still not what I want to write about, rather the song they use.
There is no doubt what so ever that Disney know how to choose it song. While Disney movie only leave a simple mark the song in another hand affect me quite badly. There is "The Call" in PC, "Real Gone" in Cars back in the old time I love "Kiss the girl" in The little mermaid and a bun more I can't remember. These songs in their turn charm me. I remember listen to "The Call" for three days in a row again and again and again. Then I reach the limit and sick of it. Still I admit it is a great song. Sound even better in the movie. I remember hearing it at the end and it is breathtaking. Talk about good timing, I can't imagine a better place to put it and I don't think there is any other song that could express the characters' feeling better. Disney really a wizard in music. The song is actually leave the strongest impression on me and make me wanna watch the movie again. On the other hand, in Cars, "Real gone" is sung in the first minute create the mood for the movie without it I don't think I can have that "live" mood mean for the movie. "Kiss the girl" appear in the middle simply to create a romantic mood. But one can not denial it have done its job terrifically that is one lovely scene.
Well, I'm out of stress now. Bye bye.
